MONICA HUGHES
Director of Operations
Monica Hughes started as a part time administrative assistant with RSVP in 1997, eventually worked up to Houston Branch manager and then finally Director in 2001. Monica grew up in Oklahoma and attended Oklahoma State University majoring in art. An animal lover, Monica worked in a grooming salon and veterinary clinic after she married and moved to Texas.  She currently lives with her husband Justin, two sons Jake and John, 3 cats, 2 dogs and a host of wild animals on 3 wooded acres on the north shore of Lake Lewisville.

CHRISSY KEY
Houston Regional Director
In addition to her other duties with sister company Animal Care Technologies, Chrissy Key has been the Houston Regional Director for RSVP since 2004. Chrissy and her husband Jeff have two daughters, Ashtin and Rhyin, and one spoiled dog, Alf.

DR. BROOKE FREEMAN
Colorado Regional Director
Dr. Brooke Freeman was an exemplary student growing up in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.  She earned many honors before completing high school, and continued to stand out in college- receiving early admission into veterinary school. Dr. Freeman graduated Cum Laude from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine in 1997 and then completed an internship in small animal medicine and surgery from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in 1998.  Soon after returning to Texas, Dr. Freeman became an RSVP relief Doctor, working at various practices in and around DFW. She soon married (to a dairy vet no less!) moved to Indiana, started a family, then settled in Colorado. Dr. Freeman lives with her family in Greeley.
